Housing possibilities?
While many find Berkeley to be seasonable, we will likely all want to find somewhere to stay for the week or the weekend.
Does anyone have an interest in a house rental? Marie and I have been scouting, and we have found some great homes, complete with decks, washer dryers, and some even with little waterfalls in the backyard. Often these are week to week rentals, starting on Saturdays and ending on Sundays. These places also offer day to day rentals prices. I have seen them run from around $950 a week to $1350 a week. This is for a 2 bedroom that suggests sleeping 4-6 people.
So, anyone interested? I would love to help people facilitate travel plans with others you may know who are coming, and people who have an interest in a house share.
So, you can respond to me via e-mail (cupsofcoffee@hotmail.com), or through an old fashioned phone call.
Also, we'd love to know if anyone has questions about the area, flights, hotels, locations, and travel arrangements.
Have a great May!

Love for Southwest Airlines

Hi again,
Good news: Southwest has put up its flights for September! So, if you are interested in checking out potential flights out to Berkeley and San Francisco California for September 26th, let us know how we can help.
Airports nearby:
Oakland International (OAK)
San Francisco (SFO)
And, if you find an amazing deal, San Jose has an airport, but it's about 45 minutes from Berkeley, CA

Places to Stay in Berkeley CA

November 1st 2009

On Saturday November 1st at 5:30p.m. we decided to join the ranks of the crazy Californian married gays.
It was an amazing day with lot's of surprises and happy memories.
Thank you to our amazing families for being so incredibly supportive. You are so special.
Thank you to Steve for his cross continental ironic visit to SF just in the nick of time, and thanks to Mikey... for the best surprise of my life.
Also, thank you to Diana and Theo and Brian for quite literaly making the wedding happen. Carol, Dan, and Allison made it a beautiful and fun evening full of love and laughter.
Check back for some more info on the day.
